I don't know what kind of person is running McDonald's PR team. First, they condescended to the old woman who burned herself with their coffee, making the jury sympathetic to her and thereby snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Now, they rail against dictionaries for carrying an unflattering definition of the term "McJob." I suppose they had to object for appearance's sake, but they didn't have to insist that the definition be removed.
